    Individual Counselling

    Definition:
    A one-on-one therapeutic process between a trained counsellor and a client aimed at exploring personal issues, challenges, or emotional difficulties.

    Group Counselling

    Definition:

    Purpose:

    Marriage Counselling (Couples Therapy)

    Definition:
